Podvodné nabídky nájmu

Asi před dvěma měsíci se objevily podvody s nájmy. Jde o klasický scam, kdy pod nějakou záminkou pošlete nějaké peníze kamsi a to je vše. Není mi úplně jasné, kdo může poslat do zahraničí několik tisíc jako "předpředzálohu" na podezřele levný nájem, aniž by byt viděl, zkontroloval majitele a měl smlouvu, kterou uzavřel s reálnou osobou či firmou. Ale budiž.


Vyzkoušel jsem komunikaci s podvodníkem. Snažil jsem se zjistit nějaké podrobnosti, třeba firmu, kterou použije, a následně se u té firmy poptat, zda je možné dosledovat odesilatele. Ale pochopitelně používají firmu, přes kterou je možné dělat zásilky anonymně. Když už nic, aspoň jsem trochu potrolil. Zde jsou maily.

    V dalších slovech, budu vám vysvetlí, mou situaci. Bydlím v Aténách, Recko. Koupil jsem si tento byt se pred nekolika lety, pro mého syna, který byl v Ceské republice vysokoškolské studium. Bohužel, on ne zustal tam vykonávat své povolání, a ted je zpet v Recku, a pracuje zde. Z tohoto duvodu, ted chci pronajmout byt.
    Jediný problém je, že klíce jsou se mnou a já nemám žádnou osobu v této oblasti, který muže ukázat vám byt. Pokud si chcete pronajmout byt, mohu vám poslat klíce a smlouvu s lodní spolecnost, která bude zpracovávat platby a dodání klícu a smlouvy. Dejte mi vedet, co si myslíte o tom?

First of all, I replied to few flats, and I don't know which one was yours. Could you please send me a link? We don't mind if we don't meet you in person, but before renting it, we would like to see it.

The translation wasn't clear, did you write shipping company? It translated as "vessel company". Who would we pay to? Do you have a Czech bank account? Maybe I could pay over PayPal. Or to foreign bank, if necessary. 

In case you sent the keys, you would probably need them back if we don't take the flat, right? Why sending there and back - why don't you just hire some real estate company? Let me know if there's a way to see the flat before renting.

    Let me explain the process :

    First, I need your details : full name , address , city , zip code , country , phone number

    1. I will go with keys and the rental contract to shipping company

    2. They will send you a tracking number , and with this number you can check on their website that the keys and the contract are in their custody .

    3. After this , to start the delivery , you must do the deposit with 2 rental months ,at shipping company.

    4 . The deposit is just a formality and it won't obligate you to rent the apartment , it is a safety deposit, just to be sure that this is not a joke and I don't pay the transport taxes for nothing. And in this way will be sure for both , because the money will remain at shipping company until you will see the apartment, and only after this ,if everything will be fine , I will receive the money

    5. After the deposit is done , the shipping company agent will come with keys and with rental contract at your home , in 4 days.

    6 . After this you will go with this agent to see the apartment , and if everything will be ok you will sign the contract , until you want to stay in the apartment.

    7. If something will be wrong , and you don't want to rent the apartment , the shipping company agent, will give you, your money back , and will give me back the keys

One question, if I may: You are going to rent the flat in either case. Why don't you just send the keys to the company for the time until you find someone who takes the flat? They could show it to any interested person, and you wouldn't have to send the keys here and back for each individual. 

There are many frauds happening in Czech Republic, and I have no guarantees that I am not giving money to a black hole. If I just see the the flat on my own eyes that it's really what's on pictures, then I am signing a contract and after that, sending money right away.

Could you please tell me the address, so I can check that you are the owner?

Po tomto mailu už asi pochopil, že nic nebude, nebo vypršelo jeho bezpečné časové okénko a přesunul se na jiný mail, město, zemi.


Znovu říkám, poslat na základě takovéto konverzace někam peníze může jen pako. Znáte nějakou oběť? Dejte vědět. Mě přijde,že takový podvodník snad musí strávit s rozesíláním (nevypadá to na čistý automat) hodně času. To by se snad vyplatilo normálně pracovat, třeba jako řadový řecký úředník.
